About the Duke

Prince Thomas, Duke of Waite, is a 28-year-old Peer of the micronation of Westarctica. Driven by a lifelong passion for environmentalism and the unique beauty of Mother Earth, the Duke of Waite is committed to raising awareness and protecting this fragile ecosystem. His journey began in 4th grade as president of his school's recycling club, and he was further inspired by learning about Westarctica. As an environmentalist and Nobleman from Westarctica, the Duke aims to grow the knowledge surrounding the Waite Islands and the environment around the Marie Byrd Land.

His Serene Highness has been happily married to his wife, Delilah, Countess of Recely, since August 2023. Together, they are the proud parents of multiple reptilian children.

A Commitment to Conservation

The Duke's commitment extends beyond advocacy. When he began his work with Westarctica, he also started researching more ways to save on waste for his family and began using less paper and plastics in his small business. His main focus is protecting the fragile ecosystem of the Waite Islands, which comprises penguins (Adelie, Chinstrap, and Gentoo), seals (leopard and fur seals), and various whale species (orcas and minke whales).

LGBTQ+

Their Graces are both proud members of the LGBTQ Community. The Duke of Waite is known for his steadfast support of the LGBTQ community, using his position of influence to promote equality, acceptance, and respect for all individuals. He actively champions inclusive policies within his domain, encourages open dialogue about diversity, and ensures that community events celebrate people of every identity. By speaking out against discrimination and standing alongside LGBTQ advocates, the Duke demonstrates that leadership is rooted not only in tradition but also in compassion and fairness. His commitment to inclusion sends a powerful message that everyone deserves to live openly and authentically without fear or prejudice.

Browns Merchandise

The Duke of Waite's family store, Browns Merchandise, is also dedicated to doing it's part by reusing packing supplies, and using recycled material boxes. Owned by his parents, Nicole and Justin Brown, you can find any and all your gift needs.
